At Champagne & Horses, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return process.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of damage, stains, fragrance, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fee

A flat $8.75 restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.


U.S. Returns (48 Contiguous States)

We provide a prepaid return shipping label.

International Returns & Non-Contiguous U.S.

Customers outside the 48 contiguous United States are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Event & Promotional Purchases

Items purchased using an event-specific discount (including show specials, pop-ups, or in-person promotional offers) are eligible for store credit only.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must meet all standard return condition requirements
  • Store credit is issued once the return is received and approved
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Store credit may be applied toward any future purchase.


Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale and gift cards are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@champagneandhorses.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized items
  • Special orders
  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us prior to initiating a return.


International Shipping & Customs

For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • Clearance fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to customs fees, original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Carriers may hold shipments for approximately 5 days before returning them to the sender.

To avoid delays, please provide a valid phone number at checkout so customs authorities may contact you if needed.
